| Focusing on ethical issues related to the use of performance-enhancing substances and the associated health risks, USADA's education program seeks to inform both elite athletes and those participating in sport at a young age of the dangers and consequences of using prohibited substances. Through the development of effective programs aimed specifically at these two populations, USADA Education features two dedicated and distinct divisions, Olympic Division Education and Outreach Education: |
| OLYMPIC DIVISION EDUCATION |
| USADA Olympic Division Education is focused specifically on elite athletes, who are participating in testing programs, both in- and out-of-competition. These concerted efforts aim to support athletes in learning about policies, procedures, and their rights and responsibilities with respect to doping control. |

| OUTREACH EDUCATION |
| Focused on empowering youth to make ethical and healthy choices for their lives, USADA's outreach education initiatives help develop successful, emerging generations by employing the foundation of the values and life lessons learned through true sport. Targeted to pipeline athletes and community & school-based sports & education programs, this effort endeavors to have a significant positive impact, particularly on our youth, in many important areas including living a healthy lifestyle, making sound ethical decisions, staying drug free, and others. For more information on these initiatives, visit our Outreach section. |
