While there are a number of resources available to athletes, Athlete Express is the best way for athletes to contact USADA with immediate questions. USADA’s main phone number, (719) 785-2000 (toll-free (866) 601-2632), connects athletes to the Athlete Express resource, which provides athlete-specific assistance.
Phone assistance is available business days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST. Outside of business hours, the phone system provides helpful messages to help callers resolve issues and athletes can also choose to leave a message.
