Arbitration Decisions

This page lists all of the arbitration decisions involving USADA for Premier Sports programs under USADA’s Premier Sports Anti-Doping Policy or its equivalent. Where available, and appropriate, disciplinary decisions by other anti-doping or regulatory organizations may be posted here as well. In some cases there may be more than one decision for a particular person if there was an appeal.

Arbitration proceedings for potential anti-doping policy violations are carried out by independent arbitral bodies, separate from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. Hearings for the PFL (and previously UFC) are conducted through McLaren Global Sports Solutions, Inc. and heard by specially trained arbitrators from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). Hearings in certain programs may instead be adjudicated through the New Era platform. Witness testimony is given under oath, subject to penalty of perjury and cross examination.
