All right, here’s a great question at dietary supplements, “What are dietary supplements, and how can I tell if a product is a dietary supplement?” So, in the United States, a dietary supplement must contain ingredients that has a history of use in the food supply. They have to be taken by mouth or orally. So, it means the product has to be swallowed. It has to be advertised to improve the diet or provide nutrients that supplement the diet. And then lastly, you should look for a supplement facts panel on that product that describes the contents of that supplement.

USADA is committed to protecting clean athletes and promoting fair competition. As the official anti-doping agency for the United States, USADA provides education, testing, and resources that empower athletes to compete with integrity and confidence.
