I think integrity in sport is important because it keeps us safe from ourselves, honestly. We all want to do everything we can to be the best that we can be and be better than everyone else. But a lot of times, there are things that we can do that are actually not in our own interest long-term. And so I think it’s great that USADA keeps us safe from doing long-term harm to ourselves in pursuit of short-term gains.
