If I was talking to 10 year olds, I would tell them that the most beautiful and challenging thing about sport is everybody chasing their highest potential. And integrity really, really is so important to make sure that that battle’s fair. And that nobody’s upping their potential or cheating in a way to get there. So, I think winning doesn’t really mean anything if you cheat. So, I would encourage everybody to have integrity in sport.

USADA is committed to protecting clean athletes and promoting fair competition. As the official anti-doping agency for the United States, USADA provides education, testing, and resources that empower athletes to compete with integrity and confidence.
