Arbitration Decisions

This page lists all decisions from arbitration hearings involving USADA. In some cases there may be more than one decision for a particular person if there was an appeal.

Arbitration hearings for anti-doping rule violations are carried out by independent arbitrator(s) who are not affiliated with USADA. As of July 31, 2023, first instance arbitrations are administered by a new independent arbitration body, New Era. Prior to New Era, the American Arbitration Association (AAA) administered first instance arbitrations. Witness testimony is given under oath, subject to penalty of perjury and cross examination. For more information on the arbitration process, please click here. If you have additional questions, please contact USADA Communications at media@usada.org.

Additionally, we have included other anti-doping cases of interest at the bottom of the table.
